About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to join our team. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing web development and/or digital marketing projects.

Annual Salary - Up to £35,000 Depending on Experience

Hybrid Working (2 days in office)


Plan and execute digital projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure project success

Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and are free from defects

Oversee project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project-related materials

Manage client relationships, setting expectations and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing requirements

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital project management

Experience managing web development and/or digital marketing projects

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with project management software/tools
